Where do I park? We recommend using a rideshare (drop-off at Two Hands) service for the easiest experience. If you're driving, limited 1-hour parking is available with validation through Metropolis. Park in the Prima garage on Paseo Place. The entrance is located across from our old shop. We'll provide parking validation at the front desk when you check in.

Is the shop accessible? Yes, Carter Vintage Guitars is fully accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know when booking so we can ensure the best experience possible.

How long is the tour? The complete experience is approximately 1 hour, which includes a 20-minute guided tour and time to browse and shop afterward.

When should I arrive? Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in at the front desk. This ensures we can start on time and you get the full experience.

Can I purchase a guitar during or after the tour? Absolutely! After the guided portion of the tour, you'll have dedicated time to browse our inventory and make a purchase if you find the right guitar.

What's your cancellation policy? Tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your new schedule.

What if I can't make any of the listed tour times? Sign up below to be notified when we release new tour dates and times. We're constantly updating our schedule based on demand.

Do I need to bring anything? Just yourself and your enthusiasm for guitars! We'll provide everything else, including your complimentary t-shirt.
